Staff Profile

J.B. Conlin has been with Conlin Properties since 1993. Mr. Conlin oversees and coordinates general operations for the Conlin Companies.

J.B. is also responsible for construction management and sales for Conlin's condominium and town home projects, including the Pinnacle at Country Club project located in Clive, Iowa. Mr. Conlin has a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa, where he majored in finance and marketing and minored in political science. He is also a licensed real estate broker associate.
