Staff Profile

Kristin K. Saddoris joined Conlin Properties, Inc., in 1985, and has been an instrumental part of the success of the company. She serves Vice President for Conlin Properties, as well as heading Conlin Construction Services.

Ms. Saddoris oversees all aspects of project development from land acquisition, through concept, planning and development, construction financing, construction supervision, draw payout and approval, syndication, permanent loan placement and place in service approvals. She is responsible for all aspects of construction for Conlin Construction Services for single family, townhome, condominium, and apartment development. Ms Saddoris is responsible for all development of affordable housing units, as well as compliance with IRS Section 42 requirements for their operation.  She provides extensive consulting services for all phases of project development.

She is nationally certified as a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a National Compliance Professional - Executive Level (NCP), and a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C6P). She has completed a number of IREM levels courses, and teaches compliance seminars.

In 2000, she served on the Governor's Housing Task Force for the State of Iowa, and currently serves on the Polk County Housing Trust Fund. She has served on advisory committees for the Iowa Finance Authority, and recently assisted on the drafting of assessment forms with the Iowa Department of Revenue for the change in assessment methods for Section 42 housing in the state. She currently serves on the Polk County Housing Trust Fund Board of Directors, directing the Operating and Supportive Services subcommittee.  She is a 2005 graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute and currently serves on its Curriculum Committee. 

Ms. Saddoris is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Iowa, and holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Iowa State University.
